Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors, based on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, in its Meeting held today i.e. Thursday, September 18, 2025 , has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Shashikant Sharma (DIN: 05305817) as an Additional Independent Director (Non- Executive) of the Company for a first term of 5 (Five ) years with effect from Thursday, September 18 , 2025 subject to the approval of the Shareholders to be obtained within three months hereof.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that Mr. Mahir Bhadani (DIN: 10622919) vide letter dated September 18, 2025, has tendered his resignation as an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on September 18, 2025.
