Sub: Intimation regarding Meeting of Board of Directors as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the Regulation 29(1)(a) read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 12th day of August 2025, to consider inter-alia the following:

i) To consider and approve the Un-Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the company along with Limited Review Report for the first quarter ended on June 30,2025.

ii) Any other matter with the consent of the Chair and other Directors present.

Further, with reference to our letter dated June 27, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting i.e., up-to Thursday August 14, 2025 (both days inclusive)
