Θέμα: ΝΕΟDERMA AMSTERDAM Β.V. - θυγατρική εταιρεία της Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited στην Ολλανδία με δραστηριοποίηση στις τοπικές αγορές της Ολλανδίας, Βελγίου και Λουξεμβούργου με ίδια παρουσία.
Σχετικά με το πιο πάνω θέμα, αναφέρουμε ότι από τα τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου 2017, οι δραστηριότητες της ΝΕΟDERMA, έχουν επεκταθεί στις τοπικές αγορές της Ολλανδίας, Βελγίου και Λουξεμβούργου, με ίδια παρουσία, με την ίδρυση και δραστηριοποίηση της θυγατρικής εταιρείας μας, NEODERMA AMSTERDAM B.V.
Στα δύο και πλέον χρόνια λειτουργίας της Ολλανδικής θυγατρικής μας εταιρείας, έχουμε καταφέρει να κάνουμε τεράστια άλματα στην ανάπτυξη βέλτιστης διεξαγωγής των εργασιών και δραστηριστήτων μας σε χώρες της Κεντρικής και Βόρειας Ευρώπης, γενικότερα, και φυσικά συνεχίζουμε με όλα τα εχέγγα για να κερδίσουμε ακόμα περισσότερο έδαφος σε θέματα φήμης και μερίδίου αγοράς στις εν λόγω χώρες.
Για να δοθεί ένα έναυσμα στις τεράστιες προσπάθειες που καταβάλλονται από την ΝΕΟDERMA AMSTERDAM B.V., και κατόπιν εισηγήσεων των συμβούλων της εταιρείας και της Ολλανδικής θυγατρικής μας εταιρείας, η Επιτροπή Ελέγχου σε συνέργεια με το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της εταιρείας μας, έχουν λάβει την απόφαση όπως η ΝΕΟDERMA AMSTERDAM B.V. προβεί σε αύξηση κεφαλαίου κατά 600,000 Ευρώ και ότι αντίστοιχες θα εκδοθούν στην Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited.

Subject: NEODERMA AMSTERDAM B.V. - subsidiary company of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited in the Netherlands, operating in the local markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg with own presence.
In relation to the above subject, we inform you that since the end of September 2017, the operations of NEODERMA have expanded to the local markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg with own presence, with the establishment and operation of our subsidiary company, NEODERMA AMSTERDAM B.V.
During the two years of the operation of our Dutch subsidiary, we have managed to achieve remarkable steps in the optimization of conditions for conducting our business and operations in countries of the Central and North Europe, in general, and of course, we continue with all available means to gain more and more in terms of reputation and share market in the said countries.
In order to give an impulse to the tremendous efforts made by NEODERMA AMSTERDAM B.V., and upon the suggestion and advise of our company's consultants and those of our Dutch subsidiary, the Audit Committee in conjunction with the Board of Directors of our company, have taken the decision that NEODERMA AMSTERDAM B.V. shall increase its share capital by 600,000 Euros and that corresponding shares will be issued to Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited.
