Subject: Announcement of audited financial results of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited for the year 2017

Further to our announcement dated 30 April 2018, in relation to the convening of a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd, for the review of the final Audited Financial Statements dated 31 December 2017, and for fixing a date for the Annual General Meeting, we inform you that the meeting arranged for today is postponed and that it will take place within the month of June 2018, upon the conclusion of the audit by the External Auditors.

We point out that our company does not have intention to adversely affect the rights of any of our members, and we shall try to have our results ready for publishment at the soonest possible.
