Subject: Establishment of a subsidiary company of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited in the Netherlands and intention of conducting operations in the local markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxemburg with own presence

In relation to the above subject, we are thrilled to announce that our company is in the process of establishing a company in the Netherlands with name Neoderma Amsterdam B.V. with the intention as of the 28th of September 2017, to extend Neoderma operations in the local markets of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg with own presence.

After the passing of 25 years, during which Neoderma managed to develop its presence in the three countries mentioned above with great success through associates, we consider that it is now time to acquire own presence of our company in these markets.

We expect that our operation with own presence in the said markets will be very important for the optimization of conditions for conducting our business and operations in countries of the Central and North Europe, in general.

Our new subsidiary will focus mostly on activities relating to the determination of our brand strategy, business development, the establishment and operation of a customer support team, the establishment and operation of a training center for professional beauty experts, as well as with the warehousing, logistics, assembly, and distribution.
