Subject: Decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd for the year that ended on the 31st of December 2019

Herewith we announce that the Annual General Meeting of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd was held on Tuesday, 17 November 2020 at 11:00 a.m. through the Zoom Online Platform.

During the Annual General Meeting the following matters were approved:

• 1. The Directors' Report for the year ended 31st December 2019.
• 1. The Consolidated Statement of Financial position, the Consolidated Profit or Loss and the Auditors' Report for the year that ended on the 31st December 2019.
• 1. The re-election of Andreas Loizou and Cosas Melanides as members of the board of directors who had retired by rotation.
• 1. The remuneration of the Directors to remain the same as the prior year.
• 1. The re-appointment of Grant Thornton (Cyprus) Ltd as Auditors of the Company and the authorization of the Board of Directors to agree their remuneration for the year 2020.
