New wording of the Articles of Association of AB Rokiskio suris was registered

On October 17th, 2017, the amended Articles of Association of AB Rokiskio suris were registered in the Registry of Legal Entities, and the Authorized Capital was increased up to EUR 10,401,711.30 which is made of 35,867,970 ordinary registered shares of nominal value per share EUR 0.29. The Company’s Authorized Capital was increased by the new share emission amounting to 3,586,797 ordinary registered shares which was acquired by the strategic investor Fonterra (Europe) Coöperatie U.A.
