1. The tender offer circular was approved by the decision No. 241-203 taken by the Director of the Supervision Department of the Bank of Lithuania on 20 November 2017.

The mandatory tender offer was announced to buy up the remaining 6,594,316 (six million five hundred ninety four thousand three hundred sixteen) ordinary registered shares of AB Rokiškio sūris with nominal value of EUR 0.29, which makes 18.38 per cent of the Authorized capital and 18.38 per cent of votes of AB Rokiškio sūris
