The securities of the Issuer acquired in the pursuance of share redistribution within the jointly performing persons, namely the managers Dalius Trumpa, Antanas Trumpa as well as a closely related person Ledina Trumpiene, when a part of directly owned shares is sold to a company established for their benefit SIA "RSU Holding", and securing the company's direct general control (Dalius Trumpa 11.25%, Ledina Trumpiene 11.37% and Antanas Trumpa 77.37%) as well as the indirect control of AB "Rokiskio suris".
