ENDORSEMENT BY THE RESPONSIBLE PERSONS

Pursuing Article 22 of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania and in accordance with the rules of preparation and submission of periodical and supplementary information, we, the undersigned – the Chief Executive Officer Dalius Trumpa and the Chief Financial Officer Antanas Kavaliauskas – approve that to our knowledge the audited financial statements of the year 2018 as well as annual consolidated financial statements of Rokiskio suris AB for the year 2018, are formed in accordance with the applicable accounting standards, they are true and show fair assets, obligations, financial state, profit and cash flows of the Company and total consolidated group. Also, to our best knowledge both the Company's annual report and the consolidated annual report make fair overview of the operations and business development, current state of the company Rokiskio suris AB and the overall group of Rokiskio suris AB, including description of the main risks and uncertainties.
