Placement Finalised

The placement by 180 Markets, as announced 0n 9 March, has now been completed and the
company has received the $2.8 million less circa 6% fees.

This CR will enable the Company to fast track the exploration, on a number of priority
projects,in the Northern Territory whilst having ample funds to comment the Peruvian
drilling.

As there are options attached to this placement, the Company will need shareholder
approvalfor the options and it is anticipated that a GeneralMeetingwill be held on or
around Friday 7 May 2021.
