Issue of Equity and TVR

On 2 October 2025, the Company agreed to issue 75,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 284.56 pence per share from its blocklisting facility. The shares will be issued for cash on 6 October 2025.

On 6 October 2025, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 48,236,340 ordinary shares and there are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 48,236,340.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
