Results of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.   

Resolutions 1 to 7 and 9 were passed on a show of hands and resolution 8 was passed on a poll.

There were 1,538,072 votes in favour and at discretion and 368,869 votes against for resolution 8.
