Notifcation of interests in shares

Gresham House Strategic plc (the "Company") was notified on 9 February 2016 that Gresham House Holdings Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gresham House PLC) has acquired 706,806 ordinary shares of 50p in the Company, representing 19.2 per cent. of the total voting rights, from Gresham House PLC. The acquisition took place on 8 February 2016 as part of a re-organisation of the Gresham House PLC group structure. There has been no change to the Gresham House PLC group's beneficial holding in Gresham House Strategic plc as a result of this transaction.
