Gresham House Strategic (AIM: GHS), announces that it received notice on 21 December 2021 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares in the capital of GHS at a price of 1367.15 pence per Ordinary Share, on 20 December 2021.
Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in GHS is 98,499 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 3.88% of the Company's issued share capital.
