David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 189 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,373 pence per share on 8 January 2021. This was under an automatic dividend reinvestment arrangement with his stockbroker; and

Jane Potter, a person closely associated with David Potter, purchased 2 Ordinary shares at a price of 1,373 pence per share on 8 January 2021. This was under an automatic dividend reinvestment arrangement with her stockbroker.
