Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the gold and base-metal explorer, announces that it was advised on 5 December 2019 that Paul and Michelle Johnson no longer have a disclosable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.

Mr and Mrs Johnson remain supportive of the company and still maintain a large shareholding in Rockfire.
