Change of Name to Rockfire Resources plc

Papua Mining plc (the "Company"), the copper and gold exploration company, is pleased to announce that in accordance with the resolution passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 18 June 2018, the Company's name has now been changed to Rockfire Resources plc.

The change of name will be effective on AIM from 8.00am on 21 June 2018 and the Company's new TIDM code will be "ROCK" from this time. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain the same and existing share certificates will remain valid and will not be replaced. 

The Company's website has changed to www.rockfireresources.com with effect from 8.00am on 21 June 2018.
