P2P Global Investments Plc (the "Company")

RESULT OF AUDIT TENDER

The Company today announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender exercise for its external audit contract, the Board has approved the appointment of its incumbent auditor, PwC LLP, as the Company's external auditor for the current financial year.

The Company stated its intention to complete the tender for external audit services in its 2017 Annual Report and Financial Statements, and a formal competitive tender process, overseen by the Audit Committee, was undertaken. The Board's decision to re-appoint PwC LLP as the external auditor followed a recommendation by the Company's Audit Committee, based on the outcome of the tender exercise.

The re-appointment of PwC LLP will be recommended to the Company's shareholders for approval at the 2019 Annual General Meeting.

The Board look forward to working with PwC LLP again.
