Result of General Meeting

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the Queensland gold and copper-focused resource company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today were passed. 

Accordingly, pursuant to the placing announced on 28 January 2019, the 58,823,530 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 20 February 2019 ("Admission"), to complete the placing. 

Total Voting Rights 

On Admission, the Company will have 421,720,617 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each with one voting right.  There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary shares and voting rights will be 421,720,617. 

The above figure of 421,720,617 may be used by shareholders from Admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
