ASX Notice reference number: 06441806 (“ASX Notice”) advised that Parazero Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (“ASX”) Thursday, 14 June 2018 and official quotation of the Company’s securities were expected to commence today Monday 18 June 2018 at 12:00pm AEST.

ASX confirms that the Company will not commence official quotation today. Quotation will commence 1pm AEST on Friday, 22 June 2018. Participants are advised that the Company will be placed into ENQUIRE session state on the trading platform immediately. This means for the Company that no trading messages may be entered or amended in the trading platform and no matching or auctions take place on today 18 June 2018.
