Roblon signs letter of intent regarding sale of head office building in Frederikshavn

The Company has provided regular updates – starting with company announcement no. 11 of 20 December 2019 – on Management's decision to sell Roblon's head office building in Frederikshavn.

Today, Roblon has signed a letter of intent with a prospective buyer on the sale of Roblon's head office building in Frederikshavn for a cash-based price of DKKm 27. Completion of the sale, which is subject to the buyer obtaining environmental approval and a few other contingencies, would lift Roblon's earnings before tax by some DKKm 17.5. Furthermore, the sale would improve liquidity by some DKKm 25-26.

Following the sale, the Group's Danish activities will be centred at Roblon's facilities in Gærum, which currently house production and various administrative functions. The Company would incur costs and make investments related to the relocation of employees from the previous head office to an existing property at Fabriksvej 7 in Gærum. The net cash flow from the sale of the head office building and costs and investments related to the move of employees would be positive, however.
