Robit Plc has on 24 May 2017 received a notification from Elo Mutual Pension
Insurance Company ("Elo") in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act
Chapter 9, Section 5.

According to the announcement, the total number of Robit shares owned by Elo
increased above five (5) per cent of the shares of Robit Plc on 24 May 2017.
