Robinson plc ("Robinson" or "the Company"; stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, was notified that Guy Robinson, Finance Director, and his wife, Dorothy Robinson, purchased 27,009 and 25,957 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices of 74p and 77p respectively on 21 May 2018. Accordingly, Guy Robinson and his associates are now interested in a total of 1,212,601 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 7.3% of the total voting rights of the Company.
