Robinson plc (AIM: RBN), the custom manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging, announces that it received notification today that on 18 December 2015 Christopher Robinson, a significant shareholder, sold 163,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 185.5p each. His resultant holding is 1,774,500 Ordinary Shares representing 10.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
