Robinson plc (AIM: RBN, the "Company") announces that today it received notification that, on 2 July 2013, Optimus as Trustee of the Portland No.  3 Trust sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 150p per share, reducing its shareholding to 631,734 Ordinary Shares or 3.9% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
