Reference is made to the technical report entitled Technical Report, Kiniero Gold Project, Guinea (Amended) dated August 22, 2025 and effective as of December 6, 2024, as amended and restated on June 12, 2025 and filed on SEDAR+ on August 23, 2025 (the "Technical Report"), for which the undersigned was involved in the preparation and the review of the scientific or technical information.

This letter is being filed as the consent of the undersigned to being named in the Corporation's Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2025 filed on SEDAR + on March 31, 2026 (the "AIF") and to the use of any extracts, or a summary, of the Technical Report in the AIF.

The undersigned does hereby confirm that he has read the AIF and that he has no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations contained therein that are derived from the Technical Report, nor are there any misrepresentations within his knowledge as a result of the services performed by him and AMC Consultants Pty Ltd for the Corporation in connection with the Technical Report.
