Roadside (AIM:ROAD) is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting (GM) held today, were duly passed.

The Company expects the sale of Roadside Real Estate (Maldon) Ltd and Roadside Real Estate (Wellingborough) Ltd to complete on 30 September 2025.

The Company expects the sale of Roadside REIT to complete following completion of the Spalding Acquisition and novation of leases relating to Spalding, The Spalding Acquisition is subject to the expiry of the judicial review period to ensure the property has satisfactory planning permission, which is expected to be expire in October 2025.
