The Barkby Group PLC (AIM:BARK), the diversified business group, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today, were duly passed.

Owing to government COVID-19 restrictions, shareholders had been asked to submit their proxy votes beforehand and votes representing 16.99% of the Company's issued shares were received in this way.
