JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION DEFERRAL BY ISSUER 2019 IN RESPECT OF THE 7.75% SECURITIES

Issuer 2019, Issuer 2016 and Issuer 2017 jointly announce that Issuer 2019 is giving notice today of its election to defer (in whole) distribution on the 7.75% Securities scheduled to be paid on the distribution payment date falling on 18 November 2024 to the next distribution payment date under the 7.75% Securities pursuant to Condition 8(D)(i) of the 7.75% Securities.

There is no assurance whether any of Issuer 2016, Issuer 2017 and/or Issuer 2019 may or may not give any further notice to defer any distribution in respect of the 7.95% Securities, 7% Securities and/or 7.75% Securities. Holders of the 7.95% Securities, 7% Securities and 7.75% Securities should exercise caution when dealing in the respective securities.
