RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Road King Infrastructure Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announces that Mr. Ko Yuk Bing (“Mr. Ko”) retired from the positions of Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 29 February 2024.

Mr. Ko has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his retirement that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Ko for his invaluable contributions in leading the Group over the last 30 years into one of the best performing toll road investors and operators in China and Indonesia, and the leading overseas property developer in China.
