Dear Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and in furtherance of the implementation of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur Bench, vide its order dated September 23, 2024, and in accordance with Clause 5 of Chapter VI thereof, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved, along with other business items, the following:
- Allotment of 52,66,537 (Fifty-Two Lakh Sixty-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty-Seven) equity shares of face value ₹10/- each on a preferential basis to strategic investors forming part of the Public (Non-Promoter) Category at a price of ₹50/- per share (₹10/- face value and ₹40/- premium per share).
The list of allottees is enclosed as Annexure - I.
The Meeting commenced at 03:30 P.M and concluded at 04:15 P.M
