Appointment of Non-Executive Director – Max Oshman

RMA Global Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of US based Max Oshman to the Board of Directors as a non-executive Director.

Max brings significant digital marketing, digital analytics and UX experience. Max is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in the US market and internationally, where he is responsible for growing digital channels, products and services for brands such as Pernod Ricard, LensCrafters, and Tempur-Sealy.

Max is currently the Chief Digital Officer at TheLab in New York where he has been since 2008 after the acquisition of his company, FK Interactive. TheLab is a subsidiary of Wellcom Group Pty Ltd, until recently an Australian listed company but now owned by Innocean, a subsidiary of Hyundai.

Max has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Marketing from Stern Business School of New York City.

Chairman David Williams said, “Max’s experience at TheLab overseeing a multi-office US presence as well as offices in the UK, Asia and NZ will bring a new level of data analytics experience to the Board. Max’s client base includes a number of multinational companies where data analytics is a large part of their marketing.”

Chief Executive Officer, Michael Davey said, “RMY has unique agent dataset and we expect Max will add to our understanding on how to monetize this data in different ways as well as how to market to realtors and brokers in North America.”
