Appointment of Non-Executive Director – Charlie Oshman
RMA Global Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of US-based Charlie Oshman to the Board of Directors as a non-executive Director.
Charlie founded Reonomy, a very successful real estate startups in the US. Charlie was subsequently the Co-Founder and CEO of Pragmic Technologies, Inc,, a data and analytics company providing investors greater transparency into structured products, the largest credit markets in the world.
Charlie is currently responsible for growth strategy, as well as the Agency Mortgage Backed Securities, and Environmental, Social and Governance business lines at dv01. Inc since their acquisition of Pragmic Technologies in 2020.
Charlie brings to RateMyAgent’ US real estate data expertise, analytics, technology, and SaaS experience.
Charlie has a Dual Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Communications from the University of Miami.
Chairman David Williams said, “Charlie’s experience with real estate technology startups in the US will bring a depth of experience and contacts to the Board.”
Chief Executive Officer Michael Davey said, “We expect Charlie will add significantly to our strategic understanding of our options in the US.“
