BOARD APPOINTMENT

RM is pleased to announce that Andy Blundell has been appointed a Non-Executive Director, with effect from today.

Mr. Blundell is currently Chief Executive Officer of Communisis plc, having been appointed to the role in October 2009.  He was formerly a Managing Director at Bemrose Booth Limited and a Managing Director at De La Rue plc.

There are no further details relating to Andy Blundell that require disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
