APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Following the announcement on 21 February 2013 that Martyn Ratcliffe had advised the Board of his intention to step down as Chairman of RM, the Board are pleased to announce the appointment of John Poulter as Non-Executive Chairman and Director of RM, effective 1 May 2013.

Martyn Ratcliffe will cease to be Chairman and a Director of RM with effect from 30 April 2013. The Board would like to express their gratitude to Martyn Ratcliffe for his contribution to the Company since his appointment in June 2011.

The Board are pleased that John Poulter has agreed to take on the Chairmanship of RM. His extensive corporate experience will complement and assist David Brooks who was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 1 March 2013.

John Poulter is currently Executive Chairman of 4imprint Group plc.  He is a former Chairman and former Chief Executive of Spectris plc, a former Non-Executive Chairman of Filtronic plc, a former Non-Executive Chairman of Hampson Industries plc and former Non-Executive Director of RAC plc and Kidde plc.

There are no further details relating to John Poulter that require disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
