• 1. The Board of Directors of the Company has noted and/or approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial results for the half year ended on 30 Sept, 2018.
• 1. The Board of Directors of the Company took note of the following works awarded:
  • a) "Demolition Of Existing Old Building And Re-Construction Of New Building For Office And Store Accommodation For Water Front Facility And Slipway At Visakhapatnam Client: DGNP Visakhapatnam Value of Work: Rs. 7,19,64,165.00
  • b) Construction of Jetty to Semi Submersible Pontoon (SSP) for Dry Docking of Submarines (Phase - I: ON Shore) at Visakhapatnam. Client: MES (Military Engineering Services) Value of Work: Rs. 46,95,99,083.00
• 1. The Board of Directors also took note of the Arbitration Proceedings against Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.

The meeting was commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 4.45 pm
