Contract Details	The contract was signed with Chengdu Design & Research Institute for the construction of an electrical grid station under the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program, to complete the electricity supply project for the Company’s plant in Nisah, on an EPC contract basis.

Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	This project is expected to enhance energy efficiency, reduce emissions from electricity generation within the Company’s facilities, and improve the reliability of the Company’s operational processes, thereby supporting stable production operations from the start of commissioning.

Additional Information	The project aims to enhance the efficiency of current production lines and contribute to supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, in addition to achieving the objectives of the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, as well as improving energy efficiency and supporting environmental sustainability.

On the occasion of signing the contract, the Company expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude for the continuous efforts and support provided by the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, as well as all government entities concerned with the cement sector in the Kingdom.

Please note that the contractor has taken possession of the site and commenced the project as of today, and the advance payment has been paid to the contractor in accordance with the payment terms.
