Riyad Capital announces the subscription period for Riyad REIT Capital Increase offering as of Sunday, 15 Rajab 1439H corresponding to 1 April 2018 and until Thursday, 26 Rajab 1439H corresponding to 12 April 2018

Participation in the capital increase will be available to all investors, whether current unit holders (see the allocation mechanism in terms and conditions) or other investors.

The subscription will be available through Riyad Bank, National Commercial Bank, Al Rajhi Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi and Riyad Capital, with a minimum subscription of 50 units at a price of SAR 9.31 per unit, totaling SAR 465.5.
