Riyad Capital the fund manager of Riyad REIT announces its intention to participate in an amount of 100 million SAR in the capital increase, equivalent to 20% of cash contributions available to the public, reflecting the trust of the Fund Manager and the optimistic outlook in Riyad Riyat Fund.

Riyad REIT Fund aims to attract companies and financial institutions to invest alongside investors from the public.

Riyad REIT Fund is one of the largest real estate investment traded funds. The Fund's targeted capital is SR 1.75 billion, distributed over 11 real estate properties, making it one of the most diversified REIT funds in the Saudi market.

The fund will distribute 90% of its revenues semi-annually and the net yield to investors is expected to reach 6.3% this year and is expected to grow to 8% by 2020.
