With reference to previous announcement of Riyad REIT Fund dated 22/05/2017, regarding the recommendation by the board of directors to increase the fund size through cash and in-kind, the Fund would like to inform its Unitholders that it submitted the request file to increase the fund size to the Capital Market Authority Monday dated 18/09/2017. The Fund will announce any future developments in this regards when they become available.
