Change of Company Secretary and Office Address
Riversgold Ltd ( ASX:RGL , “Riversgold” or the “Company” ) advises that, effective immediately, Ms Oonagh Malone has been appointed as Company Secretary. The Board thanks Ms Amanda Burgess for her contribution to the Company.
The Company also advises that the registered office and principal place of business has been changed to Suite 23, 513 Hay Street, Subiaco, Western Australia.
