Director Retirement

The Board of River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited ("RMMC") announces that Mr Andrew Chapman, a non-executive director and Chair of the Company, has retired from the Board with effect from 11 March 2024.

Mr Chapman has been on the Board since its inception in October 2014, and the Directors would like to express their gratitude for his valuable contribution during his tenure.

Commenting Mr John Blowers, Chairman of RMMC said: " Andrew has been a constant positive presence since the launch of RMMC, and his experience and wise counsel will be missed. The Board wish him well and thank him for his service."

Upon the retirement of Mr Chapman, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr John Blowers, a non-executive director, to the role of Chair of the Company.
