Change of Audit Committee Chairman and retirement of non-executive director

The Board of River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited ("RMMC") confirms that, as it announced on 21 December 2020, Stephen Coe has taken over from Ian Burns as Audit Committee Chairman following Mr Burns's retirement from the Board on 30 September 2021.

Andrew Chapman, Chairman of River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited, said: "I would like to pay thanks to Ian's hard work and dedication to the Company since its launch.
