Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 12:00(CEST) on 13 June 2025 at the registered office of the Company at Aragon House Business Centre, Dragonara Road, St. Julian’s STJ3140, Malta.

All persons holding shares at close of business on 30 May 2025 and as registered with the VPS at 17:00(CEST) on 3 June 2025 are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
