As set out in the Pre-quotation disclosure dated 14 September 2016, certain fully paid ordinary shares held in Duxton Water Ltd (ACN 611 976 517) (ASX: D2O)(the Company) are subject to voluntary escrow arrangements ( Escrowed Shares ).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A and the terms of the voluntary escrow arrangements, the Company advises that the Escrowed Shares will be released from escrow on 16 September 2017.
