Description

The securities of Duxton Water Limited (‘D2O’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of D2O, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 19 October 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Duxton Water Ltd (the Company) formally requests that you grant a trading halt on the entity’s securities from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 17 October 2018.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the following information is provided:

• a) The Company intends to make an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising comprising an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer).

• b) The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to the completion of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer or the commencement of trading on Friday 19 October 2018; and

• c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information required to be provided to the market in relation to the trading halt.
