DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION DUXTON WATER LIMITED

The Directors of Duxton Water Limited (“the Company”) are very pleased to advise that Dr Vivienne Brand has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company at a meeting of the directors on 25 November 2020.

A qualified lawyer with an early career in commercial legal practice who now specialises in corporate law research, governance and ethics, Dr Vivienne Brand has several decades of broad governance experience on a range of not-for-profit boards and management committees, including as a Chair of Governance.

Ed Peter, Chair of Duxton Water commented:

"We are excited to welcome Vivienne to our board with her deep roots in the Riverland and her appreciation of the role water plays in Rural communities as well as her extensive experience in the law and corporate governance."

The Company also wishes to announce that Mr Peter Michell will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective at the Company 2021 Annual General Meeting.

The Board extends its gratitude and thanks to Peter for his valuable contribution to the Company since formation.
