On August 5, 2021, Great Ajax Corp., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release regarding its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is available on the Company’s website.
