In furtherance to our intimation dated 27.05.2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that Board of Directors of RITES Limited has approved the appointment of Shri Atul Singh, PED /ME(PU)/W&I, Railway Board (DIN: 11747888) on 05.06.2026 as part time Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 29.05.2026 i.e. Date of allotment of DIN till he holds the post of PED /ME(PU)/W&I, Railway Board, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
In compliance with BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and NSE Circular no. NSE/CML/2018/02 dated June 20, 2018, and as per the confirmation received from Shri Atul Singh, this is to confirm that he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. A brief resume of Shri Atul Singh and other details as per applicable SEBI Circular are attached as Annexure-A.
